TENSYL performs injection or infusion simulations allowing definition of all the principal process parameters before starting production.

These models take into account :

• The shape of the mold.
• The laminate schedule.
• The resin characteristics.
• The characteristics of injection and vacum systems.

These simulations allow notably to:

• Follow the progress of the resin.
• Know the changes in pressure and volume of resin.
• Detect appearance of dry zones.
• Determine fill times to adjust resine harding times.
• To know the volume of injected resin.
• To know the distribution of pressure applied to the mold.
