Simulation tools  RTM - Infusion.

TENSYL is equipped with calculation tools allowing fabrication simulation of a piece for all the processes of injection or infusion ( RTM, VARTM, SCRIMP ),  of reinforcements ( matted, woven )  and resins ( epoxy, vinylester or polyester ). This tool allows simulating filling, knowing the pressures exerted on the mold and controlling the gelling of the resin.

Testing and characteristic analysis of reinforcements and resins.

TENSYL maintains special relationships with a certain number of laboratories :

“CRITT Matériaux” Rochefort, “Laboratoire des matériaux de l'Université d'Orléans”...permitting performing a large variety of tests and measurements in order to obtain the characteristics of fabrics ( permeability, porosity ) and resins ( viscosity).

In collaboration with CRITT Matériaux, TENSYL has prepared a testing bench to measure permeability. This  permits quick and exact determination of  the permeability for your material  relative to the fabrics different fiber weights.

Structural calculation tools.

TENSYL is equipped with industrial structural calculation tools, recognized by standard certification societies and offers interface possibilities with a large part of CAD systems on the market.  TENSYL uses the structural calculation software,  NASTRAN permitting performing linear, non-linear,  static analysis, buckling calculations and calculations in vibrating clean modes.

CAD Tools.

TENSYL employs industrial CAD tools recognized and used reconnus by the large industrial enterprises and the SMB. TENSYL is working with the CATIA V5 software and can exchange data in different formats ( IGES, STEP, Parasolid ).

Personel training.

TENSYL develops cooperative programs with a certain number of training organisations  like the “AFPA Laval” allowing training of your personel as it relates to the specifics of your  fabrication techniques.  This ensures  implementation of your pieces while remaining within the already defined fabrication rules.
